Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If you receive a damaged or broken item we will provide you with a free returns label.
If you would like to send the item back due to a change of mind, or if its an unwanted gift etc. the cost of delivery will be covered by the customer. The items must be unused, in its original packaging and returned in a resealable condition.
We have a 30 days returns policy meaning your item must be returned within 30 days of receiving it.
Simply drop send us an email at email@example.com stating your Name, Order ID and that you would like to return an item.

When will I get my refund?
Once we get receipt of your returned items, they will be inspected by our fulfilments team which usually takes 48 hours (72 hours during Christmas trading). Once the goods have passed the inspection your refund will be processed back onto your original payment method within 3-10 working days depending on who your payment method is registered with (i.e. bank/PayPal).
If I receive a damaged good, when will I receive a replacement?
If you receive a damaged item, let us know within 48 hours of receipt of your delivery (by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org). We will request photographic evidence of the damaged item. We will check our stock and see if we have the availability to send out a replacement item. If not we will refund instead.
What is the time limit for returning goods?
Returns are accepted up to 30 days after receipt of goods.
