Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. if you receive a damaged or broken item we will provide you with a free returns label.
We will also provide you with a free returns label if you have a change of mind. However, the item must be unused, in its original packaging and returned in a resealable condition.
We have a 30 days returns policy meaning your item must be returned within 30 days of receiving it.
Simply drop send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your Name, Order ID and that you would like to return an item.
When will I get my refund?
Once we get receipt of your returned items, they will be inspected by our fulfilments team which usually takes 48 hours (72 hours during Christmas trading). Once the goods have passed the inspection your refund will be processed back onto your original payment method within 3-10 working days depending on who your payment method is registered with (i.e. bank/PayPal).
If I receive a damaged good, when will I receive a replacement?
If you receive a damaged item, let us know within 48 hours of receipt of your delivery (by emailing email@example.com). We will request photographic evidence of the damaged item. We will check our stock and see if we have the availability to send out a replacement item. If not we will refund instead.
What is the time limit for returning goods?
