What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept any Visa, Mastercard or Maestro credit and debit cards. Additionally, if you have a verified PayPal account, you can use that to make payment too.

Is it safe for me to use my payment card on your site?

Yes. We use an array of electronic and physical security measures to protect your personal and payment data.
For credit/debit card transactions, BH Online LTD adds security by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, with 128 bit encryption. This means that the credit/debit card information you send is encrypted by your computer and then decrypted again on our side, preventing others from accessing your private information in between. So, when using an SSL capable browser, shopping on the Website is the safest kind of transaction possible with a credit/debit card.
We are also fully PCI compliant, which means a certified third party online security team (www.securitymetrics.com) consistently scans our systems to make sure they are safe.

All card payment transactions require you to either enter your MasterCard secure code or Verified by Visa PIN making online purchasing even more secure.

None of our staff ever have access to complete payment information.

Can I pay over the phone?

Only in exceptional circumstances do we take payment over the phone. This is primarily so that our customers don’t have to share their payment card details with anybody over the phone and to prevent possible instances of fraud.

Do you accept non-UK registered cards?

Unfortunately we can only accept credit cards registered in the UK.

General FAQ

Are all the items you have on your website in stock?

No. Not all items are available immediately. Each item highlights whether they are available for next day delivery.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

If an item that you have paid for is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and advise you of the earliest possible delivery date. You can at this point choose to accept the new delivery estimate or request the order to be cancelled with a full refund.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Yes. If you change your mind before the item has been dispatched please call us on 01902 871 745.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No you do not need to make an account with Beautiful Homes Direct to place an order. We have a simple 1 page checkout on the site.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

No. However some items do come gift wrapped from the manufacturers. This is mentioned with the relevant product descriptions.
