Espresso Old Fashioned

Ingredients:
  • 1 Double Shot of Espresso
  • 30ml Bourbon
  • 7ml Simple Syrup
  • A dash of Peychaud's Bitters
  • Lemon Peel
Method
  • Add espresso, bourbon, simple syrup and bitters in to a shaker and top up with ice. Give it a good stir and strain into a glass. We recommend a tumbler. Add lemon peel as a garnish

Drambuie Rusty Nail

Ingredients:
  • 30ml Drambuie
  • 30ml Scotch Whisky
Method:
  • Fill a tumbler glass with ice. Add the Drambuie and Scotch Whisky to the tumbler and stir well

 

Old Fashioned

Classic Old Fashioned

Ingredients:
  • 60ml Bourbon
  • 7ml Simple Syrup
  • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Ice
  • Orange Peel
Method:
  • Mix together the bourbon, simple syrup and bitters in a mixing glass. Add a large ice cube into a tumbler glass and strain the cocktail into the glass

Bourbon Mojito

Bourbon Mojito

Ingredients:
  • 50ml Bourbon
  • 5ml Lime Juice
  • 1tsp Sugar
  • 60ml Soda Water
  • Fresh Mint
Method:
  • Mash together sugar, fresh mint and lime in a highball glass. Fill with ice and add the soda and bourbon. Mix well.

Rob Roy

Ingredients:
  • 60ml Scotch Whisky
  • 30ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Method:
  • Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass and fill it with ice. Stir well and strain into a cocktail glass
  • Garnish with a cherry

Blood and sand

Ingredients:
  • 22ml Scotch Whisky
  • 22ml Cherry Liqueur
  • 22ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 22ml Fresh Orange Juice
  • Ice
Method:
  • Mix together all the ingredients with ice in a mixing glass and strain into a martini glass.
